Dr. Bala V. Balachandran

Dr. Bala Balachandran is a JL Kellogg Distinguished professor of Accounting and Information Sciences at Kellogg School of Management. He is with the Kellogg School since 1972 and the director of the Accounting Research Center. A world-renowned specialist in the areas of Cost Management, Managerial Accounting and Information Systems, Dr. Bala has consulted with several leading Fortune 500 organizations. He was formerly Director of E&Y Center for Leadership and Innovation and Arthur Andersen Faculty resident. Dr. Bala brings his immense experience and world wide consulting contacts. 

Dr. Bala holds a MBA & PhD from Carnegie Mellon, MS in Elec.Engg from University of Dayton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
