Ronald Hart

Dr. Ronald Hart, Vice Chairman, is an internationally recognize scientist
and scholar. He has served on the editorial boards of more than a dozen
professional journals, author or co-author of over 520 scientific publications
and editor of six scientific volumes. He received his Ph.D. from the
University of Illinois in 1971. He assumed the post of assistant professor
in 1971, becoming a full regent professor in 1978. Dr. Hart was Director
of the National Center for Toxicological Research from 1980-1992, at
which time he was given a presidential appointment as Distinguished
Scientist in Residence.
As a result of his contributions to science, Dr. Hart has received over
two dozen national and international awards and recognition’s including
a presidential citation. He holds the post of Distinguished Professor
at a number of universities including Cairo University, Moscow State
University and Guangzhou University. Dr. Hart is a fellow of the Gerontological
Society of American, American College of Toxicology (The President in
1981), The Association of Clinical Scientists and the AAAS. Dr. Hart was Chairman of the Arkansas Science and Technology
Authority, an author of the Federal Transfer Act, Chairman of the US-USSR
Emerging Leaders Conference, Science and Transfer Act of 1986, and first
Chairman of the Intergovernmental Task Force on Technology Transfer
1991. Further Dr. Hart continues to serve on many task groups. Dr. Hart
is Chairman of Trilux Internet Group an international corporation dedicated
to making business happen through the Internet. He also serves on the
board of directors of Telescan, Inc., Wireless Services Inc. and Cyber
Action, Ltd.
