Srini Vasan  - President / CEO

Srini Vasan is the founder President & CEO of 3dMaxMedia, Inc, a Silicon Valley and Orlando based start-up. Srini Vasan is a successful IT entrepreneur having built and sold software companies. He has over 17 years of Industry experience and has over 12 years experience as a high level business executive. 3dMaxMedia is now his third major IT enterprise incubation. He is an acknowledged specialist in the development and implementation of large business applications such as SAP. His ability in effectively creating new enterprises under demanding conditions with shoe-string budgets, has led to the highly successful sales of those enterprises to other large corporations.

Srini Vasan has degrees in Math and Cost Accounting (equivalent to CPA). In addition he has attended a highly regarded course for entrepreneurs at MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston as well as several short-term management-training courses at MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School.

He founded the software company Intec in New York in 1990 with less than $10,000 as capital, and successfully built it to a strong 75 member team, specializing in effectively delivering highly -integrated ERP system solutions such as SAP and PeopleSoft, utilizing PowerBuilder and other advanced web-based development tools. He sold his company last year to National Techteam, a public company, and moved to Orlando, Florida.

Prior to founding Intec, Srini founded several software companies in India, and in 1986 successfully merged their operations with other software companies in order to utilize these resources for his introduction into the US market. During his early part of his career, he had worked for NCR, a global hardware company (predecessor to IBM) in the Middle East and Europe (France, Germany, Sweden and Norway). There he specialized in large project management, product development life cycles and the successful leveraging of internal resources.

He has an excellent understanding of various Internet technologies and their effective application thru management science. Srini has been successful in becoming an early-entrant on emerging technologies and timing his exit appropriately while at the same time, leaving behind a viable business structure for its future growth and success. His other professional business interests and investments includes WAP, ASP, Internet incubators and Linux.

He is currently involved in ground breaking research in 3D animation in the areas of music visualization, programmable synthetic characters, animation automation, distributed animation techniques and impact of 3D animation in Ecommerce
